Musical instruments such as saxophones and clarinets for professional users are fitted with NYH ebonite mouthpieces known for their excellent sound volume. A corpus of polished ebonite adds unique elegance to writing utensils such as high-end fountain pens.
In addition to supplying the automotive industry with various thermoplastic and elastomer mould articles for multiple applications, we also develop and implement part processes for chassis and steering systems. Furthermore, we provide automated testing and simultaneous documentation systems.
NYH develops and manufactures highly complex geometrical mould hoses and elbows used in high-duty chain saws. This increasingly involves the use of fluoropolymer compounds with temperature and media resistant capacities meeting growing requirements.
Our machinery includes 32 presses and injection moulding machines covering a clamping force of 30 - 600 t.
